The Service de police de la Ville de Québec has just announced the arrest this woman for assault and public nuisance, “since it would deliberately spit in the face of a person”, said David Pelletier, spokesman for the SPVQ.
The police of Québec was in search of this woman since she would have committed this act into a convenience store on Sunday afternoon, in a Couche-Tard convenience store on the avenue d’estimauville, on the border of the boroughs of Beauport and la Cité-Limoilou.
The suspect was encountered by the investigators of the Module of the general crimes of the SPVQ. She was released on a promise to appear with conditions. His case will be submitted to the Director of criminal and penal prosecutions (DPCP), who will determine if criminal charges will be brought against her.
