A nice temperature to expect for the holidays
Environment Canada is forecasting hot and sunny temperatures for the next two weeks in Quebec just in time for the construction holidays.
The very wet weather mixed with the heat of the last days should not be repeated for the holidays, according to Environment Canada. Temperatures will be seasonal, perhaps a little above average. The mercury can reach a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius.
If a few days cloudy are announced, the sky will be mostly sunny.
On Sunday, a heat warning was still in effect for several regions of Quebec, including Estrie, Montreal and Lanaudière.
A heat warning is issued when very hot or humid conditions present a high risk of discomfort, such as heat stroke and heat exhaustion. It is recommended to stay cool and drink plenty of water.
On Monday morning, the weather will become drier again. Everyone will be able to feel it, which will please many.
