The singer-songwriter Florence K engages to turn the public in order to create the music video for the second extract from his new album.

The artist asks people to send him short videos of their balcony in order to illustrate the room Quiet.

“I would like to receive a video of the view from your balcony to travel around the world with the balconies of the people,” she says in a video published on his page Facebook on Thursday morning.

The room Quiet, which is intended to be an ode to travel, was written by Jean-Jacques Marnier and composed by Daran. The artist wishes to snap images of smiling faces from Quebec and elsewhere.

Interested parties have until Tuesday to send the artist a video of 10 to 15 seconds captured using their phone, taking care to mention this to the screen the name of the person, as well as the place where the video was taken. “The videos are the most inspiring will be integrated in his music video”, said in a press release. Videos must be sent to the address coordo@livetoune.com by e-mail with the subject “music Video Quiet + last Name + Place,” or by Wetransfer.com if the file is too large.

The montreal premiere of the artist which was to take place in April 2020 has been postponed to January 29, 2021 at the théâtre Outremont in Montreal.
