In Ukraine significantly increased the tariffs for utility services, especially water supply. In September, the Ukrainians will have to pay for water at 12.7% more than in September 2017.
According to the State statistics service, about this Aug amount of the payments increased by 0.2% and year — to-date by 2.9%. At the same time, the maintenance of houses and adjoining areas has risen (compared to August). However, compared to September 2017, the price of such services rose by 22.2%, and YTD — by 20%.
Hot water and heating for the month rose 0.1%, and for the year — 3.6%. From the beginning of 2018 — prices rose 0.4%. However, for gas and electricity in September of this year to last year’s period, the Ukrainians will pay the same amount.
The price increase is due to increase of tariffs for water supply by 1.1% and sewer — 0.9%.
Recently the government announced a growth forecast of “communal” in the coming years.
