The law on the state budget of Ukraine to 2019 was published in the official newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada “Voice of Ukraine”. It will enter into force on 1 January 2019.
According to the website publication, the document provides for revenues in the amount of 1 trillion 26 billion 131 million 809 thousand UAH, including General Fund revenues – 928 billion 507 million 915 thousand hryvnias and the income of special Fund – 97 billion 623 million 894 thousand UAH.
Expenses in next year’s state budget provided in the amount of 1 trillion 112 billion 129 million 997 thousands UAH, including expenditures of the General Fund – 1 trillion 5 billion 767 million 548 thousand hryvnias and expenses of special Fund – 106 billion 362 million 449 thousand. The minimum wage will be 4173 of the hryvnia.
The subsistence minimum for one person from January 2019 1853 will amount to UAH, since July 1936 hryvnia, from December – 2027 hryvnia. For children under 6 years: from January – 1626 hryvnia in July of 1699 UAH, from December – 1779 UAH; for children aged 6 to 18 years: January – 2027 hryvnia, from July – 2118 hryvnia, from December – 2218 hryvnia. For able-bodied persons: from January, 1921, the hryvnia, from July – 2007 UAH, since December 2102 of the hryvnia. For persons unable to work: from January – 1497 hryvnia in July of 1564, the hryvnia, from December – 1638 UAH.
Recall, the Verkhovna Rada on 23 November approved the state budget for the year 2019. Earlier, the Finance Ministry has approved the project document for the second reading. President Petro Poroshenko made suggestions to increase social benefits, and noted that if they are not taken into account, it document, do not sign.
In 2017, the subsidy for housing and communal services has received half a million Ukrainians of working age.
