In November compared with October, average housing prices in Kiev primary real estate market has decreased 2.3%, or 565 429 24 UAH to UAH/sq. m. However from the beginning of the year, property prices in the primary market of the capital has increased by 3.5%.
According to the information-analytical portal “Capital estate”, in economy class, the average price rose 2.7% to 19 435 UAH/sq. m in the comfort class segment decreased by 2.5% to 23 020 UAH/sq. m. In business class, the price rose 0.8 percent to 35 472 hryvnia/sq. m, and in the premium class — 0.7% to 53 870 UAH/sq. m.
It is also reported that a greater number of residential complexes were offered in the Goloseevsky district — 17% of the total number, in Shevchenko — 15%, in Solomenskiy district — 14%, in the crypt — 11% and the Darnytsia district — 12%. Fewer new buildings were proposed in the Dnieper region — 8%, in svyatoshynskyi, Podolsky, and Desnyanskiy areas — 6%, in the Obolon district — 5%.
